really lovin the drums used in this one! but its just a flute and drums and sometimes this vocaliced open hihat, so for me it sounds a bit empty and repititive...

stackz989 responds:

Thanks for the review, I'm always glad to read reviews. I do agree that something was missing. Just thought it would have been a good start menu or options screen in a flash game or intro theme for a video. But I'll post up some more hits in the near future bud.

really interesting sounds, loving the instruments used. sounding psychedelic :d in which scale is it written?

stackz989 responds:

It's good to hear from you again my man. I Pretty much used the FPC, Pad_Satyr (Which I Named After) and Choir using an M-audio Keyboard. Made this beat in a breeze - Glad to hear someone enjoy my music.

Really great track, those sounds work great together! You HAVE to finish it! :) (and send me the link when your done!)

Directinput responds:

will do. thanks for reviewing!

really awesome drop and basspart, but I'm wondering: In what scale is the intro written? Sounds somehow a little bit weird. dont get me wrong it's not bad, just weird :))

NiteCrow responds:

Ahhh, yes, been wondering if anyone will notice that intro part wasn't really good. Well, you see...how do i put this...I suck at intros :D Wanted to give an alien-ish feeling to it, but, like always, i failed ^^. Anyway, thanks for the kind words, remember, this is just practice anyway ^^.

Lovely piano play, but I think it's missing some tention, maybe you should try adding a section with some drums and effects. Like your little bassline starting at 01:41, with some drums and some sound fx this would be a really really epic (and I hate this word) soundtrack for a game or movie.

LDUK responds:

I attempted drums on several occasions, and felt this track didn't need them. I found this track to be fine without.
This track was also created to allow freedom to be adapted and built or changed around to be used as a score for a movie, short film or video game if you will.

Sounds really awesome! Nice mixing and eq all sounds are really clear! Nothing to critizise, I really don't understand why you have 4 votes and only 1.87 stars on this!

TehLlama responds:

Thanks! I was wondering the same thing... my other tracks are definitely worse and they have way higher ratings for some reason.

Cool bassline, the title is somehow really fitting, reminded of a burning fire lol.
Overall the track sounds a bit empty thou, could use some lead melody or more sound fx or some pads.

foxypanda69 responds:

I agree it is a bit empty, thanks for the review :3
